Universal Air Filter (UAF) designs and manufactures custom air filters for the electronic equipment used in various industries, including telecommunications, medicine, power generation and computer networking. To breathe some fresh air into their marketing efforts, UAF turned to Hughes.
Job one: talk to engineers in a way that pushes their buttons, and encourage them to request a free UAF prototype for their equipment.
Hughes dug in with research to learn how engineers want to receive air filter information. Turns out they like simplicity, to which we said, “cool”.
We took the five different application-focused web sites UAF was using (with five difference URLs) and combined them into one site with application-specific landing pages. We crafted print ad copy that better targets UAF’s application markets, and redesigned the client’s e-newsletter to jive with their updated web site.
