With that in mind, we felt it was extremely important to have a true demonstration of the bank's personal service that every customer could see and experience when they visit Montgomery Bank. That's why we recommended that the bank put ovens in each location and bake cookies to offer customers who come into the bank. The aroma of warm, fresh baked cookies in their branches has given Montgomery Bank a more personal, home-like feeling, generating both buzz and appreciation from their customers.
